Q: How do I buy a listing that I see on this site?
A: Second Home Marketplace strongly recommends that all buyers secure representation of a real estate agent who is licensed in the region where they’re looking to buy. It is also a best practice to retain a real estate attorney in that region to handle the closing transaction. It is strongly advised to NEVER wire money (not even a small deposit) to a seller or use a cash app or otherwise pay a seller without first retaining a vetted licensed real estate professional AGENT and/or attorney to handle your purchase.

A: First, just register for a free account on our site. Once registered, click on the “Add Property” button at the top right corner of your user dashboard. Select the listing option (3, 6, or 12 months) that works best for you and follow the listing submission form.

A: Sellers and agents may select to create either a 3, 6, or 12-month listing, available at $20, $35, and $50 respectively.

A: The countries and states are populated based on the properties that are available and that list will expand as more properties are added to our system.

A: The logos seen on some of the listings are placeholder images set due to the lister not posting enough photos of the property.
